Description
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team the Head of Co-Curricular and Student Experience provides strategic and operational leadership across the Schools extensive co-curricular programs. This role balances visionary leadership with the practical delivery of initiatives that enrich student life through sport arts and outdoor education.
The Head of Co-Curricular and Student Experience is instrumental in fostering a culture that promotes engagement belonging and holistic development across all programs. It requires a leader who can inspire and mentor staff champion innovative programs and ensure students experience diverse opportunities that build character and resilience.
This role oversees the design and delivery of co-curricular programs and House activities while driving continuous improvement and safeguarding standards. The Head of Co-Curricular and Student Experience will strengthen Ballarat Grammars reputation by leading experiences that complement the students academic learning.
