We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our this role youll ensure high-quality care for our clients while training supporting and supervising caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Direct Service Worker (DSW) who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What Youll Do
  • Visit clients to ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed.
  • Jump in to fill Caregiving shifts as needed.
  • Supervise and support caregivers providing coaching and recognition.
  • Partner with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure proper staffing coverage.
  • Organize DSW trainings for new staff
  • Conduct in-home visits to provide hands-on coaching and support.
  • Ensure accurate completion of care documentation.
  • Communicate closely with the office team to address client and caregiver needs.

Requirements
  • Preferred CNA PSS or DSW certification
  • Previous caregiving healthcare or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of caregiving best practices and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid drivers license and insured vehicle.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
