Empower Adult Learners as an AE/ELL Assistant Coordinator at CWI!
Are you passionate about supporting adult education and English language learners The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a dedicated AE/ELL Assistant Coordinator to help lead and support adult education and ELL Pathways programs across a ten-county region in southwest Idaho.

Supportive Leadership & Program Coordination:
Assist with orientation assessment and intake of students
Help train and onboard teachers work-study students and volunteers
Coordinate and schedule classes across multiple sites
Provide instruction to students as assigned
Data-Driven & Impactful Work:
Monitor student progress toward educational and employment goals
Support teachers in data collection and reporting
Audit student files and ensure data accuracy in LACES
Develop and share reports aligned with National Reporting System (NRS) guidelines
Collaborative & Mission-Aligned:
Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Promote CWIs values through words and actions
Contribute to continuous program improvement
Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in coordination or administration
Associates degree preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to inspire and support team members
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and SharePoint
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to build strong relationships across departments
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
