Job Summary
| Location | This role will be based in Unites Belfast office in the Ireland Region |
| Reports to | Senior Regional Administrator |
| Salary | Grade 5 37294 per annum full time (Rising to 39904 per annum full time after 12 months in post) |
| Contract Type | Permanent |
| Hours | 34 hours per week |
| Working Pattern | Monday Thursday 9am 5pm and Friday 9am 4pm with flexibility to work outside normal contractual hours occasionally for operational requirements |
| Benefits | 36 days annual leave plus a final salary pension scheme |
To carry out building maintenance duties and repairs in a timely manner and to ensure that health safety and security measures are in place for the use of visitors and employees.
