About the Role:
As a Principal Analytics you will design and implement robust analytics solutions and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our clients organisations. This position involves defining the overall analytics architecture developing complex data models and integrations and delivering impactful dashboards and reports to support business insights and strategy. You will ensure data accuracy performance and reliability driving continuous improvement in analytics capability.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Architecture: Define Analytics Architecture
- Data Modeling and Transformation: Develop and maintain complex data models and transformations.
- Data Integration: Implement and maintain data flows ensuring seamless integration with various data sources including SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Dashboard and Report Design: Develop enterprise-grade dashboards and analytical reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar tools.
- Collaboration and Support: Work with functional teams business users and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues in existing code and data flows ensuring the reliability performance and efficiency of the solutions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- SAP Datasphere/ BW: Strong understanding of SAP Datasphere/BW features capabilities and best practices.
- Data Modeling: Experience in designing and implementing data models for data warehousing and analytics.
- Data Integration and ETL: Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes including data mapping and transformation techniques.
- SQL and ABAP: Proficiency in SQL and ABAP for querying and manipulating data.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Experience with SAC for dashboarding and analytics (optional but beneficial).
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders and teams.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business requirements and how data can be used to drive decision-making.
