Job Summary

We are seeking a seasonedSenior Project Managerwith expertise inmainframe environmentsto lead complex cross-functional initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale projects involving legacy systems modernization infrastructure upgrades and application migrations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership stakeholder management and financial oversight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

Lead end-to-end delivery of mainframe-related projects ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure application development QA and business stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in mainframe operations or modernization.

Financial Management:

Develop and manageproject budgets forecasts and financial reporting.
Monitoractuals vs. budget identify variances and implement corrective actions.
Ensurecost controlandresource optimizationthroughout the project lifecycle.
Provide financial updates to senior leadership and contribute to portfolio-level financial planning.

Risk & Compliance:

Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and security standards.

Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and governance committees.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and practices

Required Qualifications:

8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years focused on mainframe systems.
Strong understanding of mainframe technologies
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies.

Required Experience:

Senior IC
