Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into company operational management system (OMS) for invoicing
Review paperwork from each job ensure the required documents and informationisavailable and enter data for invoicing including providing back-updocumentation to the client.
Request system editsrevisionsor editions as needed
Update/entry in various excel reports as.
Undertaking emails from customersregardinginvoice disputes/inquiries.
Followup withinternal contacts to confirm billing items.
Understand the specific needs of clients to correctly send documents to clientsas required and upon request
Toassistwith other duties as assigned by themanageror designate
KnowledgeSkillsand Competencies:
Previousexperience is considered an asset.
The ability to review dataidentifydiscrepancies and solve problems is key to resolving billing issues.
Strong attention to detail andhigh levelof accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Computer literacy including effective working skills in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
Experience in the waste industry is considered an asset.
High School Diploma or GEDAssociates Degreepreferred
