What Youll Do
As a CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist youll be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating 3 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC)
- Performing in-process checks and precision inspections
- Reading and interpreting blueprints routers and set-up sheets
- Making offsets edge-breaking and tool checks as needed
- Communicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisors
- Maintaining clean organized workspaces and following safety protocols
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (4 & 5 axis)
- Proficiency with HAAS machines and FANUC controls
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
- Your own set-up tools (required)
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented shop
Schedule & Pay
- Temp-to-Hire MondayFriday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 10:00 PM
- Pay: $22$25/hour (DOE)
