About the Role:
Lead the feasibility study for the installation of a new autoclave/sterilizer system at our manufacturing site. The assignment covers technical operational and financial assessment to define the project scope budget and readiness for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define User and Process Requirements for the new autoclave.
- Assess facility and utility readiness (steam water HVAC power layout).
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers for technical input and quotations.
- Evaluate installation constraints and compliance with GMP and ISO 13485.
- Develop preliminary project schedule cost estimate and risk assessment.
- Prepare a feasibility report with recommendations for next phase.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical or Industrial).
- 5 years experience in equipment/facility projects in pharma or medtech.
- Familiar with autoclaves or sterilization systems and validation principles (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Strong understanding of GMP and utilities (clean steam WFI etc.).
- Skilled in project coordination and technical documentation.
- Fluent in English; Swedish beneficial.
Expected Deliverables:
All inputs required to create the capital request. Including but not limited to: - Feasibility report with recommended option cost and timeline
- URS for facility adaptations/modifications
- URS for autoclave
- Quotes for facility adaptations and autoclave.
- Resource estimate for project execution.
