Your Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for users via phone chat email or self-service portal
Log track and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs escalating when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams and resolver groups to resolve complex problems
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
Participate in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives
Manage multiple priorities efficiently and adhere to performance KPIs

Your Profile

Fluent/native in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
13 years experience in IT Service Desk Application or Technical Support (L1L2)
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy etc.)
Knowledge of IT concepts SDLC operating systems databases
Experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications
ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive adaptable attitude
