The main responsibilities of this position:
- Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms including job boards ATS and media channels.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilizing an ATS to manage the recruitment process track candidate information schedule interviews generate reports and maintain a candidate database.
- Candidate sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates using our database professional networks and recruitment tools
- Follow-up with candidates
- Interviews coordination: Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely interviews.
- Candidate evaluation support: Assisting in evaluating candidates reviewing interview feedback and providing input on candidate assessment.
- Reporting: Generating reports on recruitment activities including applicant flow screening results interview summaries and candidate status updates.
- Database management: Maintaining an organized and updated our candidate database entering relevant information and ensuring data accuracy
- Administrative tasks: Assisting with administrative duties - Sr team support
- Excel and reporting tools: Using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools to analyze data create customized reports and visualize recruitment metrics and trends.
- Social media and candidate sourcing tools: Leveraging social media platforms and advanced online search techniques to identify and recruit potential candidates.
What we need:
- You are graduating and are looking for experience to growth in HR / Digital / Consulting.
