What Youll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with professionalism and care
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords tenants and contractors
Coordinating repairs maintenance and compliance checks
Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports
Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio
Delivering outstanding service with a customer-first approach

About You

Proven experience within residential lettings or property management
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
Proactive solutions-focused and calm under pressure
Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable Qualities

Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
ARLA qualified (or working towards it) beneficial but not essential
Tech-savvy with experience using lettings CRM systems
Positive energetic and customer-focused attitude
