Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (per diem/as-needed) basis in Pawling NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care based on individual patient needs.
Administer medications monitor patient responses and document all activities accurately.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow appropriate procedures.
Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control policies.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of New York.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
