Pay Rate: $12 - $16/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

7:00 AM 3:00 PM
11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to elderly residents in a professional respectful and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
Monitor and document vital signs such as temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure
Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
Provide mobility assistance (e.g. transferring turning ambulation)
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Support residents emotional and social needs
Follow care plans and facility protocols accurately
Document care provided and communicate effectively with other care team members

Required Qualifications:

Valid Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
