Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility adhering to established care plans.
Administer medications treatments and other therapies as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patients vital signs and conditions and document changes in their health status.
Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and company policies.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses medications and health maintenance.
Provide wound care and perform other nursing tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate timely and confidential patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians social workers and therapists to provide comprehensive care.
Respond to patient needs promptly and with compassion.

Required Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as required.
