Job Summary

Title: QE / Test - Lead

Location: Columbus GA

Description:

QE/Test Lead will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy and managing the testing effort across all impacted components.
This includes building the test strategy creating golden datasets and conducting before-and-after comparisons to validate results.
The role requires validating rounding scale and precision handling across business rules managing regression integration and cutover testing and overseeing test evidence collection and defect management.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of quality engineering experience in mainframe environments with strong proficiency in comparison tools DB queries.
A solid understanding of COBOL DB2 CICS and IMS integration is required along with strong defect management skills and extensive experience using mainframe testing tools.
