Job Overview/Summary:
The Hospital Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can balance operational excellence with compassionate patient-focused service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital service operations and staff performance.

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and company policies and procedures.

  • Manage budgets scheduling and patient care processes efficiently.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals patients and administrative teams.

  • Support multiple hospital locations as required.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced evolving healthcare environment.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in renal care or dialysis management.

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and accreditation processes.

  • Multisite management experience.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in a related field strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare business or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse dietitian social worker LPN etc.) at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.

  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to influence positive outcomes and build strong organizational relationships.

  • Willingness to travel locally to cover multiple locations.
