Job Summary
Data Analyst IV:
searching for a Data Analyst IV for a 12-month plus hybrid role in Houston TX 77079. Expectations is 2 days a week onsite.
Data Analyst IV - Job Description:
The Data Analyst IV will serve as a data steward technical advisor and operational partner ensuring that asset data is reliable and actionable to support the organizations maintenance and asset management goals. The role involves managing analyzing and interpreting asset and location data within IBMs Maximo Asset Management system to enhance data integrity and enable data-driven decision-making.
Data Analyst IV - Responsibilities:
Gather and prepare data from various sources for upload and map source data to Maximo fields.
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Validate and ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency within Maximo.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and automate workflows.
Extract clean and analyze data from the Maximo system to support business objectives.
Support system upgrades configuration changes and data migration initiatives for Maximo.
Train users on automated data entry reporting tools and best practices for maintaining data quality.
Data Analyst IV - Mandatory Skills:
Experience with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in SQL Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Understanding of asset management maintenance processes and reliability principles.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data Analyst IV Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in predictive analytics.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in training users on data tools and best practices.
Familiarity with system upgrades and data migration.
Degree in Information Systems Data Analytics Computer Science Business or a related technical discipline.
Data Analyst IV Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
