Job Summary

Role: Scrum Master / Project Manager

Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Onsite Jersey City NJ (5 days/week)

What Youll Do

Lead Agile delivery Facilitate Scrum ceremonies coach teams and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Manage projects & programs Oversee multiple Agile projects end-to-end track schedules/budgets mitigate risks and ensure stakeholder transparency.
Establish PMO processes Help design governance frameworks KPIs and standard templates for consistent project delivery across the org.
Drive communication Act as the main bridge between business IT and leadership reporting on progress risks and outcomes.
Champion improvement Implement best practices optimize workflows and enhance Agile adoption across teams.

What You Bring

5 years experience as a Scrum Master and/or PM in Agile environments
Proven background working within or helping establish a PMO
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PMI-ACP SAFe etc.)
Expertise in Jira Trello or MS Project
Strong communication servant leadership and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field

Bonus Points:

Masters degree or enterprise Agile transformation experience
Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
