Description:

Overview Enterprise Computing (EC) is looking for a dynamic self-motivated Scrum Master / Kanban Manager with infrastructure experience to join our Service Delivery Management team in Alpharetta GA. EC delivers firm-wide services and platforms including network infrastructure core computing storage and application infrastructure. Your infrastructure experience collaborative approach ability to identify challenges as opportunities teamed with energy and excitement to coach drive and facilitate infrastructure initiatives using Agile best practices will deliver best in class technology to the organization to support the products that bank markets.

Responsibilities

Manage 4-5 Scrum / Kanban teams that span one or more functional departments
Provide team leadership by building and motivating team members to meet sprint/project goals adhering to their responsibilities and milestones
Drive agile maturity of the team in accordance with the agile adoption strategy of the company
Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure the teams can focus on delivering incremental business value while working to establish the teams baseline velocity sprint or iteration cadence and release plans
Identify and actively manage risk according to impact and probability escalating when necessar
Manage all aspects of multiple related tasks to ensure the overall program/project alignment and strategic objective support
Develop and report on project success criteria results metrics test and deployment management activities
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation and excellence
Participate in establishing practices templates policies tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Manage the day-to-day activities and resources and facilitate team meetings
Lead on-going execution / delivery efforts for infrastructure initiatives
Actively assess and mitigate risks and issues
Develop and maintain all project documentation required for successful delivery of the project and for records retention purposes in accordance with organizational policies Requirements
This is a high-visibility role within the banks infrastructure organization with significant strategic responsibility. As a result

we are looking for candidates with: Agile/Scrum experience managing infrastructure teams
Broad-based Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban expertise
Proven influencing coaching and relationship capabilities

Applied project leadership experience

Strong analytical and communications skills
(Note: Excel Word and PowerPoint skills are a baseline expectation for this role)The ability to structure and organize complex data and execution efforts A core focus on providing great service across our stakeholder groups A foundational orientation towards servant-leadership oriented change management Qualifications - External Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred .Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is experience is required for this role
Bachelor of Science (B.S) Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience
