Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM 8:30 PM)

Job Summary:

The Engine Mechanic I is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the disassembly inspection repair and reassembly of aero-derivative gas turbine engines. The position offers hands-on learning under the supervision of senior mechanics and subject-matter experts in a precision aerospace maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support engine disassembly repair and assembly processes following established work instructions.
Assist in preparing cleaning and visually inspecting engine parts and tools.
Learn and apply manufacturing methods and repair techniques through on-the-job training.
Review sketches technical drawings and related documents to support work accuracy.
Ensure all tasks comply with Environmental Health Safety and Quality (EHSQ) standards.
Maintain punctuality professionalism and adherence to company values.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Technical education or training in a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with gas turbine engines a plus.
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and data systems.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per FAA requirements).
Willingness to work 2nd shift.
