Job Title: Engine Mechanic

Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM 8:30 PM)
Job Summary:
The Engine Mechanic I is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the disassembly inspection repair and reassembly of aero-derivative gas turbine engines. The position offers hands-on learning under the supervision of senior mechanics and subject-matter experts in a precision aerospace maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engine disassembly repair and assembly processes following established work instructions.
- Assist in preparing cleaning and visually inspecting engine parts and tools.
- Learn and apply manufacturing methods and repair techniques through on-the-job training.
- Review sketches technical drawings and related documents to support work accuracy.
- Ensure all tasks comply with Environmental Health Safety and Quality (EHSQ) standards.
- Maintain punctuality professionalism and adherence to company values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical education or training in a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with gas turbine engines a plus.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and data systems.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per FAA requirements).
- Willingness to work 2nd shift.
