Position Overview:

We are seeking a Principal IT Engineer (Salesforce & Asset Management) to join our team in a backfill capacity. This is a senior-level hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving the Salesforce technology strategy managing IT assets and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce expertise a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and proven experience in technology portfolio management.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience as an Architect or Engineer working with Salesforce platforms.
1 years of Project Management experience.
Strong ability to operate in an outsourced IT environment with vendor coordination.
Deep understanding of legacy and modern computing architectures.
Experience managing technology costs and optimizing asset utilization.
Proven expertise working with a variety of technologies within an enterprise domain.
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Platform Developer II or Administrator).
Experience in technology lifecycle management and IT asset governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
