Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Perform access control duties at estate entrances and exits.
Conduct regular patrols of the estate to ensure safety and detect any irregularities.
Report and record any incidents security breaches or safety hazards.
Assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Enforce estate rules and regulations as per site instructions.
