Job Position: Customer Relations Manager (motor industry)

Ref: 5104

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R20 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience incentive medical aid and provident

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Clean criminal record
  • Computer literacy (Office suite)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in social media advertising and managing different social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills: analysing data to identify trends patterns and insights to improve customer interactions and strategies
  • Technical proficiency: understanding CRM software and tools to configure customise and troubleshooting issues that may arise
  • Project management skills: ability to plan execute and monitor CRM projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Marketing and/or event organising experience
  • Customer-centric mindset: focus on understanding customer needs and behaviour to personalise interactions and enhance customer experiences
  • Problem-solving skills: able to quickly identify and address issues that may impact CRM performance or User experience
  • Extremely good at communicating with potential customers especially telephonic and must have a neat appearance

Key Performance Areas:

  • Analyzing customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer relationships and sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of CRM initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues with the CRM system
  • Continuously identify and implement best practices for CRM management
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that aim to increase sales and create awareness of the brand - these include and are not limited to: Demo Days Breakfast Runs Drive and Dines Golf Days Vehicle/Motorcycle launches

  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Create and submit marketing plans every quarter
  • Report on Corporate Events monthly
  • Manage social media platforms according to content sent by Head Office
  • Assist with CSI Initiatives in collaboration with the HR department
  • Plan and execute customer board meetings that reflect on data drawn from the CRM systems
  • Brand management including but not limited to: ordering vehicle signage ordering business cards branding material management dealership graphics management etc
