Overview:
ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking an experienced and compassionateMental Health Clinicianto support students across Tuolumne County schools. This role works collaboratively with educators families and community agencies to promote student mental health social-emotional growth and academic success.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment school-based experience and a passion for helping children and youth thrive in educational settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual group and family counseling for students referred for mental health support.
Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with school staff administrators and parents to address behavioral and emotional concerns.
Create and monitor positive behavior support and intervention plans.
Facilitate parent consultations staff trainings and family workshops.
Coordinate with community agencies to ensure continuity of care and access to services.
Participate in crisis response team meetings and professional development.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Counseling or related field.
Valid California license or associate registration (LCSW LMFT LPCC ASW AMFT APCC).
Experience providing mental health services in school or youth settings.
Strong collaboration communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and Positive Behavior Support preferred.
Must hold a valid California drivers license and be willing to travel to multiple school sites.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

$75$85 per hour (W2 or 1099 options)
