Project description: The client isaretail Investment platform popular inDACH. They have asignificantIT team behind the product.

You will:

Beresponsible for ensuring high quality while ensuring timely delivery ofcustomers business requirements within the specific business initiative/project;

Manage the entire production and delivery process based onbrief spec documentation: delivery projects ontime within budget depending onproject stages (planning development);

Communicate toclient and other project stakeholders ondaily basis;

Budget control (depend onproject type TMor FixedPrice);

Вeresponsible for successfully sprint closure and scope control;

Resolve Сonflicts both internal tothe team and with clients;

Provide day-to-day client communications and present intelligible reports;

Encourage teams toadd customer value through continuous Improvement;

Evaluate the risks and handle them (analyze &report/escalate problems ordelays inmeeting commitments toleadership);

Take responsibility ofyour actions and decision;

Requirements:

Located inEU(orable torelocate)
5years working experience asaProject manager (orsimilar roles) inIT outsourcing company;
Technical background either inDevelopment orQA roles ability todive deep into project details and discuss tech aspects with engineers;

Proven experience withAI projects (LLM RAG chat-bots etc.);
Experience with FinTech domain;

Good understanding and experience ofboth traditional and Agile approach;

Client focus and experience ofhow tobring business value;

Advanced level ofEnglish;

Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills;

Strong knowledge offull-cycle project management techniques ability toestimate track refine and successfully complete complex projects;

Experience inmanaging both Fixed Price and T&Mprojects;

Practical experience ofJIRA usage;

Understanding ofprioritization;

Communicative problem-solving and motivational skills;

Think out ofthe box mindset and excellent problem solving skills;

Great attention todetails.
