The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Sevlievo Bulgaria. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers systems and internal teams.

How youll make an impact:

Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents;
Maintain SAP handling units including physical parameters of purchased materials;
Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement;
Communicate with internal and external suppliers clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders;
Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energys purchasing and logistics teams as well as direct-material suppliers;
Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked.

Your Background:

Bachelors degree;
Experience in logistics or purchasing;
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level spoken and written);
Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules;
Knowledge of transport terminology regulations and incoterms;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
High attention to detail;
Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset.
