We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our on-site team at the University of London. This is a static role based across the university campus working alongside a team of around 20 engineers and reporting directly to the M&E Manager.

What Youll Be Doing

• Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across the campus
• Supporting minor works and ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Providing technical support and guidance to both the client and your team
• Ensuring compliance safety and quality in all aspects of your work
• Using Maximo to manage tasks and update job statuses via your tablet
• Collaborating with account coordinators schedulers and subcontractors
• Taking part in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support

What Youll Need

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• NVQ Level 3 in an M&E discipline (e.g. Gas Electrical AC Plumbing Carpentry)
• Mechanical bias with strong commercial plumbing experience
• Experience with building services plant and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with BMS systems and CAFM tools like Maximo (desirable)
• A proactive team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Training

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• L8 Training and IOSH Working Safely (desirable)
