Job Summary
Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Structures Function is seeking Entry-Level Structural Stress Analysis Engineers (Level 1) to work at our Everett and/or Renton WA locations.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs structural systems or interior analysis using well defined analysis tools.
Supports test execution and analyze/report test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Assists with supplier development test and production activities and coordination with the supplier to optimize the design and achieve program goals.
Defines and document certification and test results to substantiate compliance to customers and regulatory agencies (FAA EASA and other national agencies) requirements.
Supports production and provide technical solutions including involvement in factory build test and associated troubleshooting.
Helps develop new materials methods tools and designs to support future programs Description.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical Aerospace Aeronautical Civil selected Structures degrees or Material Science (with composite focus).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Demonstrate engineering knowledge as a level 1 engineer either from team projects internship(s) or job experience.
Structural or aerospace knowledge.
