The Externals Group are partnering with a well-established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation across the state. Known for their integrity quality workmanship and commitment to growth this company is looking to add a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to their expanding team.

The Role:

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative youll oversee the full sales cycle - from initial inspection through to project closeout. Youll work with inbound leads develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with property managers building owners and contractors. Youll also have the support of dedicated marketing and CRM systems designed to help you succeed.

A Day in the Life:

Manage the full sales process: inspections estimates proposals and closing deals.
Handle inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities.
Conduct on-site evaluations including pull tests core cuts and roof inspections.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

What Youll Bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roofing sales or relevant construction sales.
Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO EPDM PVC etc.).
Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills.
Self-motivated coachable and results-driven mindset.
Valid drivers license and ability to perform roof inspections.

Base salary of $60000 - $70000 (DOE) up to 5% commission.
