Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Senior or Lead Procurement Analyst to join our Phantom Works team in St. Charles Missouri.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3:

  • Defines designs plans and deploys internal/external projects
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
  • Develops documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops risk mitigation plan

Position Responsibilities Senior Level 4:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms conditions and special clauses and agreements
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
  • Communicates strategic initiatives projects or procurement activities
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

Position Responsibilities Lead Level 5:

  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities
  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs
  • Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders
  • Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes programs projects and procurement transactions
  • Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers
  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience working with analytics data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 3 years of experience with Excel Access or other database management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Lead Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Senior Level 4: Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Lead Level 5: Typically 15 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3: $76500 - $94500

Summary pay range for Senior Level 4: $93500 - $115500

Summary pay range for Lead Level 5: $119000 - $147000
