Job Description
As a Process Design Leader - Foundations Enablement at General Motors you will play a critical role in shaping how work flows across the HR ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading the intake evaluation and routing of all requests entering the Foundations Enablement organization ensuring that each initiative is properly assessed prioritized and directed to the right area of ownership.
In addition to driving organizational clarity and alignment you will lead a team of Foundations Enablement Solutions Leads who serve as key partners to HR and business stakeholders. Together you will help determine whether incoming requests should be addressed by the People Services Center On-Site People Operations HR Technology Change Management or other business areas or whether they represent work that should be streamlined automated or discontinued.
This position requires a leader with strong analytical thinking business judgment and a collaborative approach to decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that work across the HR function is aligned to the right resources delivering efficiency transparency and measurable impact.
