As a Paraplanner at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing you will support our Financial Planners in delivering high-quality restricted financial advice to our clients. Youll be responsible for research analysis and the preparation of suitability reports ensuring all recommendations are compliant and aligned with JPM Invests investment philosophy and JP Morgans standards.
Our team is at the heart of this venture focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our clients. Were looking for people who have a curious mindset thrive in collaborative teams and are passionate. By their nature our people are solution-oriented commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. We work in cross-disciplinary teams to focus on specific products projects and client journeys and youll have the opportunity to move between them.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a financial planning support role
- Strong understanding of UK financial services investment products and FCA regulations.
- Experience with digital advice platforms and financial planning software (e.g. Voyant Truth or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards)
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Professional ethical and client-focused approach.
- Tech-savvy adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
