The Role
Ardians Buyout team is excited to offer an internship opportunity in the Frankfurt office designed to provide hands-on experience in identifying analyzing and executing investments.

As an intern you will play a key role from day one becoming an integral part of a supportive collaborative and dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals support functions and external industry experts. Ardian has a strong track record of mentoring our interns and provide a environment for growth. Many of our previous interns have gone on to secure permanent roles within the Buyout team.

Key Responsibilities
An intern at Ardian Buyout will be actively involved in a variety of tasks with tailored guidance and support to ensure professional growth and learning. Such responsibilities include:

• Research target companies competitors and industries while contributing to discussions with experts.
• Assess investment opportunities through business analysis financial modeling and valuation.
• Support the investment process by drafting memoranda and reviewing due diligence.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist with exit strategies.

Your Profile:
Were looking for candidates who:

• Are currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program at a leading business school or university.
• Have an excellent academic record.
• Possess previous internship experience in any of the following fields (preferred but not mandatory):
  • Private Equity
  • Investment Banking (M&A Leveraged Finance)
  • Transaction Services
  • Strategy Consulting
• Are fluent in both German and English.
