Pro-Active Engineering is has some Entry Level General Production & Assembly these positions you will have the opportunity to perform various tasks involved in general assembly of printed circuit boards. This involves hand insertion of electronic components trimming wires clipping leads programming and testing boards box build assembly and printed circuit board cleaning. The training for these positions along with IPC Standards training will help prepare you for additional opportunities within the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow internal assembly process documentation ensuring product meets internal customer and regulatory requirements.
- Depanelize printed circuit boards.
- Hand insertion of thru-hole to class 2 IPC standards.
- Trimming clipping tinning of wires and leads.
- Prep raw components for secondary operations.
- Hand washing of finished printed circuit board assemblies.
- Properly label or mark circuit boards.
- Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.
- Glue epoxy mask and conformal coat circuit boards.
- Program and functionally test circuit boards. Package and box assemblies as required for shipping.

Required Education and Experience - High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157 or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158 or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
