Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Sr. Production Draftsman
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Salary: Php 55000 - Php 70000
Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities
Create and update drawings based on client requests ensuring they meet company
standards.
Check plans for accuracy including site floor elevation and electrical layouts
Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building regulations design guidelines
and codes (e.g. NCC BCA RESCODE MCPs)
Coordinate with external parties such as engineers and manufacturers to confirm
dimensions.
Use surveys and plans to determine site levels for construction
Finalize and issue construction-ready drawings.
Assist with permit applications and support site supervisors with any drawing
clarifications.
Manage workload and document progress using Business Craft.
Ensure deadlines are met and quality is and record Engineering
Technical Solutions (ETS) for accuracy and improvement insights.

Required Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
With prior related experience of the same capacity is recommended
Working experience and knowledge of the Australian Construction industry
particularly in Australia.
