Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 20 paid hours per week Flexible within US Eastern Timezone

Key Responsibilities:

Support patients in understanding and navigating U.S. healthcare processes (insurance referrals follow-up care)
Clarify AI-generated responses and guide users through non-clinical next steps
Offer warm empathetic communication by chat and phone
Escalate any urgent or clinically complex issues to U.S.-licensed RN team
Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA-compliant communication
Collaborate with the U.S.-based operations and AI teams

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare support role
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system workflows (insurance scheduling etc.)
Strong knowledge and experience in insurance and the U.S. healthcare system.
Excellent English (written and spoken) for professional communication
Reliable home office setup with fast internet and a private quiet environment
Able to work independently and manage case flows remotely

Nice to Have:

Previous work in telehealth digital health or U.S.-based insurance support
Knowledge of HIPAA practices or documentation standards
