About the assignment

To fuel our growth we are looking for entrepreneurial purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making health and well-being direct approachable and impactful.

At OpenUp we focus on prevention therefore we guide individuals to take control of their personal finances reduce financial stress and create healthy money habits. Whether its budgeting savings strategies planning for financial security or building confidence in financial decision-making we empower people with clarity and actionable steps. Please note we offer coaching not financial product advice.

We offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week ensuring people can access support when they need it most no long waits no each session (usually 25 minutes) youll help clients set clear achievable financial goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps.

Our mission is to help people build skills and autonomy so they feel confident to continue their journey independently. Many clients find they gain what they need in just a few focused conversations thanks to your structured goal-oriented support.

Youll engage with a wide variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries and youll have opportunities to grow through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development. We work together to make well-being accessible practical and empowering for everyone.

About you

Youre passionate about helping people improve their financial health and resilience. You enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a meaningful mission.

We welcome experts who meet the following criteria:

• You have native-level fluency in Dutch or German and knowledge of local regulations and financial services.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and confident in delivering consultations in English.
• BA degree in Finance Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience providing 1:1 consulting financial advisory or coaching on personal finance budgeting or financial well-being.
• Certification in financial planning budget coaching or WFT (at least Basis and Asset management) (completed or in progress).
• Nice to have: local certifications regulated advisory licenses or financial coaching accreditations (e.g. in the Netherlands: WFT Asset Management under the Financial Supervision Act).
• Tech-savvy with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems.
• You have a laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later OR MacOS Ventura or later AND an antivirus turned on in your device.
• Entrepreneurial proactive and open to continuous learning.
• A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth.
• A natural connector: you create a safe supportive space for clients and act decisively to help them move forward.
• You live the practice what you preach mindset showing integrity and reflection in how you approach both clients and colleagues.
