Market Penetration & Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to significantly expand the organizations footprint in key international markets.
Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve or surpass challenging sales and revenue targets through effective deal closure and contract negotiation.
Strategic Relationship Building: Proactively establish and cultivate a robust professional network utilizing industry events and targeted networking activities to identify and generate new commercial opportunities.
Lead-to-Engagement Conversion: Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing functions to efficiently convert qualified prospects into profitable long-term business engagements.
- Value Communication: Develop and deliver compelling high-impact presentations to prospective clients clearly articulating the companys value proposition and service capabilities.
Requirements
Experience & Track Record: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably B2B) demonstrating a consistent history of meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
Industry Expertise: Possess deep practical knowledge of the relevant technology services sector and its prevailing market dynamics and trends within the target region.
Core Competencies: Exhibit outstanding communication negotiation and professional presentation abilities.
Work Ethic: Proven capacity to function effectively both autonomously and as an integral part of a collaborative team in a demanding results-oriented environment.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in the primary business language of the target market in addition to professional fluency in English.
