Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Sys-tems Analyst to support our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) technology initiatives. The ideal candi-date will have a strong foundation in programming and database technologies with hands-on ex-perience in SQL for data analysis and business logic development. This role bridges the gap be-tween business needs and technical solutions ensuring compliance with AML regulations through effective system design and data-driven insights. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or AML domain. Strong technical background with knowledge of programming concepts and database structures. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis reporting and business logic development.

Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL).Familiarity with AML systems compliance workflows and regulatory re-quirements. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work inde-pendently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with AML business stake-holders to gather and analyse requirements for technology solutions. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design and enhance AML systems and workflows to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Develop and modify SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysis. Perform data profiling validation and reconcilia-tion to support AML investigations and reporting. Work closely with developers data engineers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business rules.
