Job requirements

Do you have at least 3 years of experience in marketing
Have you led a team before (around 4 people)
Are you highly organised and the kind of person wholl do whatever it takes to meet a deadline - and make sure your team does too
Are you active on Instagram and TikTok (and all the other platforms) and do you know how to create content that stands out and fits our brand perfectly
Are you up to date with the latest fashion trends and would describe yourself as on brand

Marketing Experience
Youll be the one helping our brand team level up - introducing smarter strategies and explaining why they work. Youll translate our CEOs vision into actionable brand direction ensuring everyones aligned on what really matters. Of course youll get a full onboarding into how we do things but be ready to move fast. Were doing a lot.

Team leadership
Youll guide a young passionate marketing team of currently four (not including you). Theyre eager to learn - your job is to help them grow without losing their spark. Beyond your team youll collaborate closely with all our other teams: our operations team partnership manager talent manager...

Organization & Deadlines
Youre the person everyone trusts to keep things on track - the one who remembers the details and keeps everyone moving. When we head out on a campaign youre the reason nothing gets left behind. Youre always looking for smarter ways to help the team stay organized - whether thats through new tools systems or clever processes youve set up yourself.

Social Media & Content Creation
You live and breathe social media. You understand how to inspire your team to elevate their content - and you can also create content yourself that fits our vibe. You get our brand and can translate it instantly into visuals captions and ideas.
