Job Summary

As a Functional Analyst HR at TVHs Information department your primary role involves integrating the company People components with different other components in the TVH ecosystem. This role is crucial in collecting understanding analysing and specifying business processes and corporate needs translating them into functional requirements and configure where required. Youll report to and work closely with the HR Product Owner designing future-proof functional solutions ensuring they align with business lines productstrategy and current integrations.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: You will elicit and document business and functional requirements to create clear and concise functional specifications ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Process Understanding & Analysis: You will gather analyze and translate requirements related to HR processes ensuring that technical processes are well-defined based on these business needs.

  • Interfaces/integrations: You will analyze and monitor all existing and new integrations within the HR landscape to ensure optimal performance data consistency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and convert them into functional requirements.

  • Story Understanding & Estimation: You will guide the squad in understanding user stories helping the team make accurate and realistic estimates.

  • Future-Proof Solution Design: You will design and recommend functional solutions that consider the global context of different business lines ensuring they are scalable and adaptable for future needs.

  • Continuous Learning & Expertise: You will stay up-to-date with company processes and developments within your functional domain conducting research and providing recommendations for improvements that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support Product Development: You will work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager providing continuous guidance and follow-up on the development and implementation of new or enhanced tools/features/integrations..

  • Effective Communication: You will have the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders ensuring that all parties understand the impact and benefits of the solutions being implemented.

  • Attention to Detail & Time Management: You will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively paying close attention to detail to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaboration with Developers: You will work alongside developers to ensure that solutions/integrations are delivered on time meet quality standards and align with functional requirements.

  • Change Management: You will demo new capabilities and lead change adoption ensuring that new processes and systems are embraced across the organization.

  • Key player in our data governance model (overseeing all system matters related to internal data backup files integrity security etc.).

  • You are able to provide technical support troubleshooting and guidance to our internal HR team and our internal and external IT partners. You are the key liaison between HR IT external vendors and other stakeholders for HR design and related processes and (implementation) projects.

  • You have initial experience in data analytics tools and mechanisms and can support in specific reporting queries based on business or HR needs.

  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

How to succeed / your profile

  • Relevant Experience: You have at least two years of experience in a similar role such as functional analysis or business process management within a HR context.

  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Technology Management Business Administration or a related field. Alternatively relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.

  • Technical Knowledge: Prior experience with Workday/UKG or a good understanding of HR processes is a must..

  • Used to work with HR policies and procedures to ensure that HR Squad meets organizational needs and goals.

  • Fluency in English: You are fluent in English both spoken and written and are comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a team-oriented environment bringing strong communication skills and a commitment to transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: You have excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Agile Mindset: You have experience working in Agile methodologies and are comfortable adapting to iterative processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptable and Positive: You approach challenges with a positive attitude and have the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.

  • Travel Flexibility: Occasional travel (about 10-20%) may be required for project collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Able to work with confidential information in a mature way.

  • You have a proactive mindset and enjoy learning and applying new ways of working and methodologies to continuously improve the way we work.
