Your Role:

As our Epoxy Skilled Tradesmen youll help teams in installing fluid-applied coatings polyaspartic polyurea and epoxy flooring systems. You will ensure top-quality workmanship while managing job sites efficiently and safely. Our projects range from industrial and commercial spaces to high-end resinous flooring installations requiring precision expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate epoxy and fluid-applied coatings installation teams
  
• Read and interpret blueprints project plans and specs
  
• Ensure top-notch surface preparation and seamless application of polyaspartic polyurea and epoxy coatings
  
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and keep projects on schedule
  
• Train and mentor crew members for peak performance
  
• Maintain job site safety and compliance
  

What Were Looking For:

• Experienced Flooring Specialist (2 years preferred in epoxy flooring resinous flooring polyaspartic polyurea or high-performance flooring systems)
  
• Leadership Skills You know how to manage crews delegate tasks and motivate a team
  
• Hands-On & Hardworking Youre not afraid to get in there and lead by example
