A private mobile wound care company seeking a dedicated compassionate reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our this role you will perform clinical duties and caring for wound care patients in their homes. You must be willing to travel to patients homes in Indianapolis IN.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Nurse Practitioners (NPs) during patient visits in completing patient care and support duties.

Perform in-home visits for wound care on site or at an SNF facility.

Available for urgent calls and/or discussions regarding patient care.

Input and sign patient assessments documentation and notes within 24 hours.

Participate in weekly virtual continued education programs (as needed).

Review wound progress on a weekly basis or as needed with Providers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as an RN

Experience in wound care a plus.

RN License in the State of Indiana

Working Hours: Monday Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
