Job Summary

Casual Direct Support Workers Bayside & Surrounds

About the Role
Support our aged care clients across Bayside Wynnum Cleveland and nearby suburbs with:

Scheduled shifts Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm
Personal care (showering dressing hygiene)
Medication support
Domestic tasks (cleaning laundry meal prep)
Community outings and appointments
Building strong empathetic relationships

About You

Eager to work 1-1 with clients in their own homes
Compassionate reliable and respectful of professional boundaries
Excellent communicator and team player
Flexible with short-notice shifts Monday to Friday (8am5pm)
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care (preferred but not a necessity)
Experience is highly regarded but not a necessity (full training provided before your first shift!)

Requirements Before Starting:

Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
Open Drivers License Vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance
Commitment to infection control and PPE standards
