As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Our 131-place centre features eight bright purpose-built roomseach with its own age-appropriate playground and natural play spaces designed to spark imagination and discovery.

• Work in a full-time capacity from Monday Friday between 6am 6pm.
• Coach mentor and inspire educators to build confidence in planning documentation and reflective practice.
• Champion the Early Years Learning Framework and embed ACECQAs National Quality Standard across our programs.
• Facilitate reflective discussions and team learning to strengthen pedagogy and practice.
• Lead with curiosity researching and exploring innovative strategies that enhance learning outcomes for children

Youll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
