Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Seymour IN.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage movement dysfunctions to enhance physical and functional abilities.

  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.

  • Restore maintain and promote optimal physical function wellness fitness and quality of life.

  • Prevent the onset and progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities.

  • Efficiently document goals anticipated progress and re-evaluation plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or general orthopedic physical therapy.

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.

  • Manual therapy training and orthopedic skills preferred.

  • Strong communication teamwork and decision-making abilities.

  • Passion for wellness preventative care and delivering excellent patient outcomes.
