Job Summary
Validation Engineer
Forest Lake MN 6-Month Contract $45 $52/hr

Were partnering with an innovative engineering team that is looking to add a Validation Engineer to support their growing portfolio of products. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on fast-paced environment where creativity precision and collaboration drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute validation test plans based on detailed hardware and software system requirements
- Manage multiple validations simultaneously working with program and systems leads to ensure effective testing
- Perform failure investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Provide clear documentation of test results and support continuous improvement of validation processes and design standards
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 2 years of experience designing verifying or validating embedded control systems in the automotive or mobile equipment industry
- Understanding of communications systems and technology such as CAN Bluetooth Wi-Fi and similar
- Familiarity with CAN-based communication protocols (CAN J1939 UDS) and diagnostic tools like CANalyzer or dSPACE
- Experience using requirements and test case management tools such as DOORS TestRail CodeBeamer or similar
