Job Summary
Schepel Cadillac is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their career in the automotive industry who are eager to learn grow and advance into professional automotive repair and diagnostic roles.

Responsibilities
- Perform an accurate and efficient multi-point vehicle inspection
- Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
- Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage
- Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Strong reading computer and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment
- High school diploma or GE
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Positive friendly attitude
- Drivers License with good driving record
- Employee will need to provide their own tools
