HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in executing key functions such as recruitment onboarding employee engagement and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and provides exposure to workplace policies talent management and organizational culture
General Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR reports audits and compliance documentation
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters and surveys
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Job Requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
